The Morgan, operated by Chancellor Park, is a modern facility that will be located on 274 Portugal Cove Road. This new addition to our site will complete our founder’s vision of Newfoundland and Labrador’s first senior lifestyle campus. An innovative response to the needs of our aging population and the community.
Our residential services that will be offered on our new campus will include short-stay respite, convalescent care, long-term care, assisted living and healthy aging programs.
Residents will be able to age in place without having to worry if a change in health status would require a move. Our campus will be driven by the needs of seniors and informal caregivers wishing to age-in-place.
